I think I may have been hacked by someone posing as an Apple tech person. I received an alert on Facebook saying my computer had been hacked and to call a support number, but I couldn't delete the message. Does Apple have such an alert?

I'm trying to recover my Facebook account after not using it for four years. I no longer have the phone number, email, or previous device I logged in with. I can probably answer security questions, but I haven't been able to get to that screen when trying to log in, just a continuous loop of the phone number I don't have anymore. I want to download all my pictures and apps, most were from my mother, who has passed away. How can I recover my account?
