I tried to get Xfinity at my apartment, but was told I could get Comcast but not Xfinity. My address is 170 Three Mast Court, 31410. Is this correct? The tech mentioned something about too many tall trees. I'm technologically challenged and don't know my internet speed or what device I'm streaming on. My TV hasn't been updated in a couple of years. Is there anything else the TV Expert should know before I connect you?

I have a DC 42 Multilevel vacuum cleaner. I pressed the tile setting and haven't been able to get the beater bar to work since. I can no longer access my Gmail account. I remember old passwords Oldialt3 and Oldialt4. I have a phone number (###) ###-#### linked to the account, and I also have a Hotmail account, but it's also down. I had to reset my iPad to factory settings and had to replace everything. Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect?
