I tried to pay my bill online with my phone but it’s not allowing me to do so. I have updated my address and phone number awhile back, but no other recent changes. When I complete the 'I'm not a robot' verification, I get a message that an issue or error occurred and to try again, which I have done multiple times with the same result. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
