I tried to update my password a few days ago, but now it's not letting me log in at all. I'm not sure if I have an email address or phone number linked to the account, but my new number is (###) ###-####. I'm not logged into my account on any other devices, and I'm not aware of any other issues.

I am new. Need a password to sign on for AT&T TV. My usual password is not working. Is there a phone number or second email address linked to this account? What else should the Computer Expert know before connecting?

My Toshiba Satellite laptop is running very slow. I have tried installing updates and added protection software. I have plenty of storage, but the laptop is slow during boot-up and general usage. What can I do to improve its performance without losing my files?

I purchased tickets to the Minnesota Vikings game on October 31st, but I can't access my Ticketmaster account because I don't know my account number. I used Ticketmaster in 2014 to get tickets for Jimmy Buffet, so I must have an account, but I have no idea what it is. How can I retrieve my account information or access my tickets without knowing my account number?
