I type my nurse notes, but they disappear before I can send them to the office. The issue started since we started using the new site Kinnser. My computer is a Samsung, and the notes keep kicking out after completion and won't send to the office.

I can't remember my Google password on my iPhone and need help resetting it. I last changed my password on May 8, but it won't accept it now.
