I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1 and mistakenly answered an account.live prompt, which took over my local admin account. I've tried resetting through Microsoft and reached customer service, but nothing worked. Is there a local file that contains this information, and can I find or read it?

How can I remove Windows 10 from my computer? The program is not allowing me to play some games or run some programs that I own. I had Windows 8.1 prior to installing Windows 10.
