I need help resetting my Apple ID password as I can't remember it and can't use my phone for purchases or open other accounts. My granddaughter set up my phone while I was in the hospital, and my grandson tried to set up a new password about a year ago, but it didn't work. I haven't tried resetting through Apple's online account reset tool because I don't have the original password.
