I have an HP Pavilion DV7-4100 Entertainment Notebook PC. After working with it for a while, it shuts down and I have to wait until it cools down to restart it. Is this normal, or what can I do to keep it cooler so it does not stop in the middle of my work?

I am trying to download MP3JAM, but it says I am not connected to the internet. I had the program for 7 months and it just stopped working. I have turned off the automatic updating of my computer because once the update is done, I cannot get back on the internet. I also cannot get Silverlight to work. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have an Epson Stylus Photo R300 inkjet printer and need to find the software or printer drivers for it. The App Store didn't show it. I am running OSX 10.9.5 on an iMac, and I assume the drivers would have to be compatible with both the printer model and the computer operating system. Can you help me, or tell me where I can find the right Epson software?

Is there any way to delete all my emails at the same time or at a faster rate than clicking each one and then hitting delete? I have over 7500 emails.
