I used JustAnswer last night and had a problem when I had more than one window open. When I closed one, it cleared all windows. After receiving an answer, I lost complete control of my computer. I need help restoring my computer back to before my trouble started. I paid $38 last night for information, but now I have a worse problem. Additionally, I have always used AOL.com as my homepage, but now I'm locked into MSN and can't access my mail. My contact list is missing, and I can't open messages. I also can't log into my mail because it doesn't accept my password or let me change it.

Are WiFi connections in our house not working? Computers and iPads are not working. We have two iPads, an iMac, and a TV, and we're having issues with YouTube TV and Peacock.

I can receive text messages, but I cannot send them. The phone keeps telling me to try again. The only change I made was deleting some apps I thought were not in use. What should I try?

My Nikon Coolpix 3100, which is about 15 years old, is not recognizing any memory cards, including a new one that has never been used. I have tried replacing the old card with the new one, factory resetting the camera, and accessing the CF card format command, but the camera skips over it without any error messages. What could be the issue and what else can I try?
