I used to have advertisements on Google for my service. I have changed my phone number and verified my address. However, my address was previously changed to a wrong one, and I haven't updated my phone number and address information in my Google Ads account. I need to refresh my previous advertisement with my new phone number and correct address. How can I update my Google Ads account with the new information, and will my advertisement run for free as it used to?

My internet is not working on any of my devices. The power light on my router is the only one that is solid green, and I have tried unplugging it, resetting it, and contacting my internet service provider (ATT). What else can I do to resolve this issue?
