I used to ride with Lyft a lot, but now I have a new phone and it says I could add my phone, so I did, and then it asked for my driver's license number to verify my identity, but it says the ID number is invalid. I even tried making another account with the same phone number, but it still says the driver's license number is invalid. I need to get a ride, but I can't even log into my old account or make a new one.
