I've been hacked and cannot access my Microsoft account. All my passwords and contacts have disappeared. My email account was compromised by a virus, giving someone access to all my details. I accidentally canceled the account I signed up with your company yesterday. I don't have a backup email address or phone number linked to my email account, but I have a mobile phone. I've checked my other online accounts for tampering, and some have been affected. Whoever did this has changed the access code and password to my Microsoft account, gaining access to my stored passwords. OneDrive has also been disconnected. What can I do to regain access and secure my account?
