I've been hacked on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. I've reported it to Facebook, but they can't help because I lost my backup email which the hackers have access to. My WhatsApp seems safe, but I've lost everything else. What can I do to recover my accounts, especially since I can't get past the step where it sends a code to my lost email?

I have a pair of Canon 10 x 30 IS binoculars that are not used often and are kept in a case in a drawer in an air-conditioned home. The outer casing has become sticky, and I want to know if they can be cleaned to remove the stickiness.

I set up a 4-digit password on my Galaxy 22 and my phone is locked. I cannot remember the password, though I have entered several familiar number combinations. This has never happened before. I have tried entering different combinations but still cannot unlock the phone. I don't know how to do a Factory Reset. Is there anything else the Smartphone Expert should know before I connect you?

I have downloaded songs and placed them into my Dropbox on my desktop computer. However, when I go to my iPad and open Dropbox, the new songs are not there. All other previously synced songs are present. There have been popups on my desktop saying my Dropbox is full and I need to resolve that. Could this be the issue?
