I've been having trouble with my emails since I switched to U-verse. I can receive emails, but some of them don't reach their destination. U-verse support has tried to fix it but hasn't been successful. They suggested I contact Yahoo for assistance. Please help.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L350-L170 laptop with a nearly black screen, but I can see a vague image of the Toshiba logo when looking closely. I suspect it might be the backlight or the inverter. How do I diagnose what's wrong, and what would be the cost of replacing the backlight and inverter?

I just got a new Compaq Presario CQ60 laptop with Windows Vista for my mother-in-law. On the first day, most of the internet worked, but it wouldn't allow us to connect to sites that require login, like Yahoo email or Facebook. On the second day, after updating Windows, the laptop won't connect to any servers on the internet, even though it says it's connected. My laptop works fine on the same ethernet cord. Any thoughts or help?

When I try to sign on to AOL, I get an error message saying 'The application failed to start because WCZSvc.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.' We have already reinstalled AOL and are still getting the same message. What should I do?
