I've been on Facebook for about 6 or 7 years and have about 205 friends. I've found more than 4 accounts with the name Monique D* claiming to be me. I don't remember my password or the email I signed up with. I want to have only one account that is truly mine. How can I resolve this issue and regain access to my original Facebook account?

My Samsung C460 Xpress printer is stuck in copy mode and will not print. It says it is in an error state, but it copies fine. The number of copies selection is blinking on 01. I connect to the printer wirelessly on my notebook and by USB on my wife's computer, but neither connection works. I haven't updated the printer driver software in over a year. What can I do to resolve this issue?
