I've been receiving threatening notices on my Dell computer, including pop-up emails and voice threats, stating that my account will be closed and other dire consequences if I don't call a specific number. I went to a store and was told this is a scam. The threats have been ongoing for about 5-6 weeks, and they happened again 15 minutes ago. What should I do to stop these threats?

I am trying to install 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium in Parallels Desktop on my iMac. During the installation, I get an error message stating 'The unattended answer file contains an invalid product key.' I have tried downloading and burning both X17-58996 and X17-58997 ISO files, but both give the same error. I also read that I should remove the reference to the floppy disk drive, but I don't know how to do this. Can you help?

We have a new Canon G3610 Pixma Printer and are having trouble printing email documents. The colors are fine but there is no black and white. The inkjet test pattern showed no black at all. We have tried the self-cleaning cycle and the ink is 7 months old and 3/4 full. What can we do to fix this?
