I just bought a new PC and installed a new liquid cooling system. After putting everything back together, the PC won't turn on. Only one RGB light comes on inside the case. I've tried unplugging the computer for ten seconds and plugging it back in, but it still doesn't turn on. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to troubleshoot it?
