I am trying to add my credit card to a system, but it is not working. The card was not accepted for a 318.00 euro transaction yesterday. My credit card works worldwide except for Delcampe. What could be the problem?

Despite using the 'report as junk' facility, emails from certain senders are still being delivered. I was told that blocking unwanted messages is not supported in my version, but I know others who use Outlook can block addresses.
