I've been trying to repair my Microsoft products and made several payments through debit, credit, and PayPal, but my payment was declined. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve the error messages in Excel, Word, etc. that say 'We're sorry, but XXXXX (Excel, Word, etc.) has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. My screen is very bright and hard to read, especially with AOL and Quicken. I have an HP Envy 5660 with Windows 10, and this issue has been ongoing for about 6 months. I have tried adjusting the settings and contrast settings without success. What else can I do to improve the readability of my screen?

I cannot recover my Hotmail account. I moved to another country and am accessing it through a computer browser in libraries in the UK and privately in the Czech Republic. I tried troubleshooting by answering security questions, but I no longer have access to the old Yahoo address used for verification. How can I recover my Hotmail account when I can't answer all the security questions?
