I forgot my Amazon password. What should I do to recover it?

When I try to access my online school's website, Canvis, on Google Chrome, it keeps showing DSN_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Google Chrome, clearing all history, cache, and resetting settings, but the issue persists. This only happens with this one website, and I need it for school. What can I do to resolve this?

I was recently deactivated on eBay and all my auctions were canceled after being a top seller for two months in a row. They kicked me off eBay with no explanation. I'm trying to get some answers. What specific product are you working with? Sport cards and memorabilia. How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far? Two days now, but I have not been able to get any answers as to why they canceled my account. Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you? I'm just trying to get down to an answer as to why my account was canceled after being a top seller for two months in a row.
