I have payments pending in my bank account, but they are not showing up. I am originally a USA member and also an Australian eBay member. My preference is PayPal as the first payment method, but I added my bank account details. My PayPal account has no funds, and my account says my payments are on hold until I send. Does this issue relate to my membership status or the fact that my husband has access to the joint bank account?
