I have lost my HP Instant Ink account and need to recover it. I received a notice to update my card and have just received my ink. My account is under the name Starling Ray at *****, Beaufort SC 29907. I am using an HP Envy 4500 and trying to scan. What steps can I take to recover my account?

When I try to turn on my PC, only the motherboard lights up, and I get no display. I have tried cleaning the RAM and GPU pins, removing and testing each RAM individually, removing the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, connecting the display directly to the motherboard, and ensuring all power supply connections are secure. I also tried testing the components out of the box, but nothing worked. What could be the issue, and should I spend $70 for a store to build my PC or wait for a replacement?
