There is a security lock on my computer saying it is locked with a number to call. The number given to call is 1-***-***-****. Is this a Microsoft number? The Microsoft model is http://qr.inc.hp.com/go/5478a9. How long has this been going on with my computer? What have I tried so far? The screen is now saying my bank accounts etc. have been compromised. Is the screen message from Microsoft or is it someone else? Is the computer expert a computer or a person I can talk to? I would rather talk to a human.

When I try to send a design from my laptop to my embroidery machine, I get the following messages: 'ADX Embroidery system or sewing machine is running and not ready for data exchange,' 'ADX failed to read data from \\embroideryuserdesigns\\,' 'ADX failed to read storage list,' and 'ADX The access to the internal design memory failed.' How can I resolve these issues and successfully send a design from my laptop to my Bernina 580 embroidery/sewing machine?

We keep getting a message on our computer that says pirated Windows software detected in this computer, and it doesn’t go away. The message also mentions an invalid Windows key code and a banking Trojan threat. What should we do to resolve this issue?
