I have a wire on my house that has come unhooked and is on the ground. It is believed to be a Verizon wire and Xfinity has confirmed they cannot touch it. I have called Verizon twice and received a reference number, but no action has been taken. I would like to have the wire either reattached or removed if it is no longer needed.
