I want to verify an office manager at the South Wharf Melbourne store and talk to someone higher up in head office about a credit I need to receive from a purchase made in March. The item was supposed to be delivered in two weeks after final payment in May but is still not delivered after five months, so I want to cancel the order. I was told I could not get a refund using my husband's Commonwealth debit card because the card would not go through and that we have to use the same card as the one we bought it with, which they can’t seem to do. Additionally, I was asked to send my husband's driver's license and bank account details for the refund, which I find suspicious.
