I wanted to buy a new Apple computer to replace my current one this afternoon. I did not know my password for my Gmail account. I lost it and I lost the security question, and Apple did not know how to help me. They tried but it was outside of their competence. Can you untangle my Gmail so I can provide them with the info they need to transfer my Google mail? My Gmail address is *@.*.

I need to submit a photo with a high resolution of at least 300dpi. My image is 5184 x 3456 pixels but it is only 96dpi. I don't have a setting on my camera to change dpi. How do I convert my photo to meet the printer's requirements?

A screen popped up saying my Dell Precision 390 computer had a virus and I should call a specific number. The person answering the phone didn't give his name and claimed to be from Mountain View, California, but sounded Indian or Pakistani. Do I have to be concerned with this, and what should I do?
