I was billed $199.00 on 5/15/22 by Uber, but I did not use your services. I have contacted my bank's Fraud Division and they asked me to contact you to resolve this. My name is ***** and you billed my card. I need this charge removed from my card and reimbursed as soon as possible. I was traveling to Albany, New York last weekend but your services were not available, so I used Lyft instead. Please reimburse my card.
