I was charged for an Uber that didn't arrive. The driver cancelled and charged me $8. I was waiting at the Salmon Building in South Brisbane at 10:32. Additionally, I have been charged various amounts on my credit card from JustAnswer, including a $67.98 expert fee, a $1.98 foreign fee, and a $2.06 join fee. I am disputing all these costs and require a refund for the $8 cancellation fee and all other charges.

I cannot get emails from my Apple iPhone. How's my internet connection? Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block me from receiving mail? Which email service provider do I use, like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.?

How do I get my computer back online, as it is showing me I am offline? I am using Microsoft Outlook and haven't updated it for some time. I was trying to add another email to my current list.

My Toshiba laptop, which was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, will not print to my Brother DCP 7040 printer, but it will print to my HP C7250 photo printer. My other Sony desktop computer running XP can print to the Brother printer. What could be causing this issue?

I’m locked out of my Apple ID because I can’t reset my password. My device was dropped in a toilet on December 16th, and they say it can’t be unlocked until January 16th. I might have changed my password about a month ago, but they wouldn’t accept what I thought was my password. I’m not sure what Apple's online account reset tool is, and I’m currently using my iPad. What can I do to reset my Apple ID password?

I can't sign in to my account. My wife must have changed my password after she passed away. I'm trying to log into my Google account using my ID: ***@******.***, but it won't recognize any password I try. I'm using a Mac with OS 8 or 9. What can I do to regain access to my account?
