Why is my package sitting in the Mid Carolina - Charlotte distribution centre since Saturday (yet saying “in transit”)? I sent a package from Canada on Nov. 13/22 with a promised five-day delivery. It was tracked through NY, NJ, NC Charlotte 28205, and then shipped back to the Mid Carolina facility. It’s supposed to be delivered to my brother in Charlotte, NC 28215.
