I was charged twice for a 2-year renewal for my Wix site for charitable cypresspreserve. My old credit card was charged $324.00, which needs to be refunded, and my new card was charged the discounted amount for the same service. I am trying to reset my password after being hacked. I tried to get a code sent to my mobile, but I'm not receiving it. I also tried via email, but I keep getting sent the same code which gets rejected.
