I was downloading Windows 10 updates when it asked to reboot. After rebooting, neither my user BIOS password nor my admin password is being accepted, and I am locked out of my computer. I suspect a possible virus attack. What can I do to regain access, especially since I cannot reset my password and do not have access to the email linked to my account?
