I was emailing B Rath regarding a computer problem and restarted in safe mode but cannot access the web even with an ethernet cable in safe mode. I could not go back to the web page that I had with him. Please reconnect me with him. Thanks XXX XXX

WordPerfect X5 opens to landscape format with very large text size. Previous documents also open that way, and I can't change this with normal formatting measures. Additionally, the font toolbar has disappeared from the top of the page and appears in a separate box when added.

The 9.7 version of AOL I downloaded is constantly freezing and locking up. Is it possible to download the older version of 9.5, which didn't have this problem?

I have been using Firefox since I have been having trouble getting IE to perform. I have tried everything including getting help from another expert on here. I have given up and have been using Firefox but getting popups saying something about CPU Usage and another one that keeps saying RealPlayer plugin now needs activated in order to get certain videos, etc. and another one about Script too long do I want to continue. How do I fix these problems?

My new tablet keeps telling me that I am entering the wrong password. I know it is the correct one. I would be willing to enter another one if it gave me the choice for a new password. It just keeps telling me to try again, without any other choice. Help.
