I was in the middle of talking to a rep from Ticketmaster when the call was dropped. Now I can't get ahold of anyone, and the musical is in 48 hours. I don't have an email with the tickets. I sent payment for 2 tickets through PayPal to Charlie's boss, but still no email. The original tickets were bought before COVID and were cancelled. The rescheduled date is this week, but I can't find the tickets in my email. Who can help me resolve this issue?
