I was overcharged twice and should have received a $16 credit. Instead, I was given Uber cash. I want this $16 applied to my current purchase or returned to my account. I am handicapped and not rich, and dealing with Uber Eats has been a bad experience so far. How can this issue be resolved?

I am not receiving emails as of yesterday afternoon. I am using a browser to check my email and my email account is comcast.net. I am connected to Wi-Fi and have tried sending a test email, but it was not received. I am using an iPhone and have deleted old emails, but I cannot find the spam or junk folders. I recently installed the Xfinity App and had issues setting up my email and password. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

Hi, my mouse and keyboard stopped working wirelessly, and then my dual screens went black. I tried rebooting and even had my GPU checked, which worked fine. Now, even with the GPU reinstalled, I still have a black screen and USB ports are working. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
