I was trying to pay $19.95 for a light box, but I was charged $50.50. Why was I charged the extra amount, and why was I directed to make a new PayPal account when I was using my own?

My computer updated and now requires me to set up a new PIN, but the code is sent to an old email account I no longer use. I changed the email to one I use, but the change is still pending. How long does this take, and is there a way to speed up the process or bypass it to regain access to my computer, which I need for my business?

I purchased an eBay card and can't use it. The redemption code is 536(###) ###-#### 799366 85537-*****************09 and the card number is $200. I went back to the store and was told it was activated, but I'm tired of running back and forth. Please fix this.
