I was watching Reacher on Amazon Prime Video when the sound suddenly stopped, and then the video froze. I tried restarting the device and the Amazon app, but the issue persists. I'm using a Sony TV, about 4 years old, but I don't know the model. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I already had Peacock but had to get a new debit card, now I cannot access it on my TV. I can watch on my tablet but not on my TV. I get an error message on the TV asking me to upgrade to Premium for $5.99 a month, which I have already done. I am also being charged twice a month for Peacock.
