I was wondering if I could get an answer to this question. A while back, I understood that if I was happy and used the advice given by the Just Answer group, I could give the nod or approval to charge my account. However, I figured out the problem and got my credit card statement, and I had been charged without my giving an answer regarding 'Thank you, I used your information and you can charge my account.' I guess it is my fault for giving my card number upfront, and it is a cheap lesson as I could have been taken for much more. What should I do about this?

My M675 laptop has worked flawlessly for 5 years, but the screen will not come on now. The fans are whirring, but I don't hear the other sounds indicating that the system is trying to come up. My battery lights yellow @ 20% & green @ 40%, but nothing on the screen. I recently installed iTunes and experienced a power outage during a CD transfer. Since then, the laptop has only briefly come back up once. No other changes I can think of, and I am running Windows XP. What could be the issue and what can I do to troubleshoot it?

I tried a 30-day trial of PhotoImpact X3 six weeks ago and missed the deadline to buy from that download. I went online to buy a download copy, but the program would not accept the Serial Number from my Order Confirmation. I have downloaded two copies of the program and tried both Serial Numbers, but neither worked. I need help in getting the program activated and running, and I would like the second order cancelled.

I'm having trouble with my account. I don't know my password, and it won't accept my new phone number. I suspect there are other devices logged into my account, but I can't confirm. I want to run a test to check if anyone has accessed my account.
