I am unable to install the Sony HDR PlayMemories software due to constant complaints about internet connection. I have tried connecting via LAN cable but it didn't work. My Sony model is HDR-XR200 and I am using a Windows 8.1 64-bit OS on an HP Zbook G5. I have tried restarting the PC and using LAN instead of wireless as suggested in Sony's Q&A page. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a subscription to Zoosk, but people can't see my messages. My computer is a Hewlett Packard, and I purchased it 2 years ago. I don't know much about computers and am unsure if something might be turned off. How can I find the make and model of my computer, and what operating system am I running?

I have had a Skype account for several years but haven't used it since 2014. Yesterday, I tried to access my old account but accidentally set up a 'Business' account instead. I want to cancel the 'Business' account and check if my old personal account is still active. My old account was set up under the name Larry D. Knighton with the site name 'dan-jan1' and used my landline number (###) ###-####. If the old account is not active, I would like to establish a new personal Skype account. Can you review my records and assist me by Friday morning, 06/30/2017?

I am waiting for a new password for my Apple ID. My current Apple ID is Krystofa13, and I would prefer the password to be Emma1981 if possible. Have I already tried to reset my password, and if so, what happened when I attempted this?

I forgot my password. I think my email address is my username. It's probably related to when I joined Netflix - years ago. I haven't installed any updates recently. Is there anything else I should know before I connect with a computer expert?
