I would like to cancel my membership to tactical promos. I am also having trouble with a PayPal refund that I never received. Do you guys help people with understanding how to figure out different things on their smartphone, tablet, or PC, such as canceling a subscription, sending an email, or general computer help for someone who is computer illiterate?

I'm trying to print on an Epson Stylus NX330 using photo paper. Sometimes it works well, but often it keeps taking the paper for about an inch and then pushes it back out repeatedly, displaying an 'out of paper reload' message. I've tried adjusting the paper, using single and multiple sheets, and setting it for presentation, matte paper. It keeps rejecting the paper most of the time. I've updated the drivers with the combo kit, but the issue persists. When it does work, it does a good job. Is there a solution to this problem?
