I have a problem with Adobe Digital Editions software where I can no longer access many books I purchased after changing my laptop. The books are registered to a different user, and I have tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing Adobe Digital Editions, resetting my eReader to factory settings, and reinstalling the software multiple times. I also tried using Calibre, but I still get an error message when trying to import the books into ADE.
