I’m having issues with my smartphone where I can receive messages but want to add it to other devices. I’ve tried to recover the account but can’t because my phone number has changed and it doesn’t recognize other email accounts. I don’t want to pay for help until I know this can be fixed.

When trying to access Yahoo Mail on my desktop and iPad, I get a message saying 'This site can't be reached. Login.yahoo.com took too long to respond.' My internet connection is fine, and I can access Yahoo Mail on my cell phone. I'm using a browser on my desktop and iPad. I'm not aware of any antivirus or firewall settings blocking access, and I'm not very computer savvy. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

I am having issues with my Toshiba Satellite P55T-A5202 running Windows 10. The screen froze this morning, and after powering off, the Toshiba logo appeared. I tried power off and 0, selected yes to recover, and also tried booting from a recovery disk, but I still get a black screen. What should I do?
