When I log in to my Outlook account via hotmail.se, I get no inbox, send, or other email functions. I can access my email via the university server (chalmers.se) but not through the hotmail server. I have tried using Safari and Firefox, and have cleared the cache on Safari, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?

My father, Mr. R Cairns, has been in the hospital since late November and is now in transition care. He is hoping to go back home within the next 2 weeks.
