In October, I was notified on my smartphone that I was out of data. Does having 7K+ emails and using Facebook consume data? How many times was I charged the $15 overage fee? Additionally, I connected my iPhone to Wi-Fi with my computer at home. Is this sufficient, or do I need to sign up for unlimited data? Also, how do I cancel my JustAnswer account?

I am locked out of my online account and unable to order supplies. I've been on the phone with a tech person who was no help. I need Express Envelopes, but none are available at drop boxes or the Regional facility near my house. The phone line won't let me order supplies. I am frustrated and need to get this resolved. Can I use a plain large envelope with my UPS shipping labels?

I can open my emails but cannot do anything else. Cannot send an email. Has been happening for about 3-4 hours. I cannot proceed to the next email unless I go to inbox and list then go onto an email. Then do the same process again. I have closed the computer down and signed out of Yahoo. I am using a Mac with Google Chrome and have Yahoo saved in favorites.
