In trying to remove DXTSDK, I followed online instructions to test each item on the toolbar. However, I accidentally hit the wrong item, causing the MS Toolbar to disappear. I don't know how to get it back. Can someone help me?

When I am in Windows Live Mail and try to open a link in an email, I get an error message 'There was a problem sending a command to a program'. Internet Explorer pops up and freezes. I have to use control delete to close out. This is driving me crazy. I've read all the help on Google, etc to no avail. I have Win7 32 bit.
