Incredimail is not sending emails and messages stay in the Outbox on two Dell Optiplex 755 machines running Windows 10. Both machines can receive emails but cannot send them, with no error messages. The issue started after upgrading to Windows 10 and updating Trend Micro antivirus. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I had System Mechanic with antivirus, but took my computer back to an earlier time to avoid some problems with Microsoft, and now cannot reconnect with Avangate. My computer is an Asus with Windows 10, which was updated from Windows 8.1. I have installed some updates recently but cannot remember which ones. What should I do to resolve this issue?
