I just bought a Hisense 50" Google TV and added the Sling TV app. Every time I try to sign in, it says my password is incorrect. I went to slingtv.com and it shows this TV as my device, but the new TV keeps rejecting my password. This issue has also occurred with all my other apps. How can I resolve this?

I have a Roku device with a number two on it, and it's asking for my PIN number on Roku Pay. I've reset my password and changed my PIN number, but it's still not working. I also tried restarting the device, but it didn't help. The email linked to the Roku account is my sister's, and I need to know how to change it to my email or factory reset the device since she isn't around anymore.
