I use Genesis Theme with Prose in WordPress. I'm trying to use the 'more' tag in a long post to display only part of it initially, but the button in the WP editor is not working. How can I fix this for both pages and posts?

I bought an Asus gaming laptop from Amazon a few months ago and recently it has been refusing to turn on. The fans run, and some keys respond, but the screen remains dead. The Amazon return date has expired. What can I do to fix this issue?

I can't print from my Canon Pixma MP610 printer. I get a message that it's not the correct printer head, and it's printing blank pages. I've tried replacing some ink cartridges but it didn't help. My computer is running Windows 7, and this issue just started about an hour ago.
