I am unable to log in to the website hp-pro.planetaltig.com using my HP laptop with Windows 11. After entering my saved login credentials, I receive an error message and the password reset link does not appear. What should I do to resolve this issue?

We are not receiving emails on our business account but I do on my personal account on my computer, iPad, and phones. My internet connection is good, and I use Safari. I don't believe any antivirus or firewall settings are blocking the emails, as I was receiving them until last week. My personal Gmail account is fine. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?

When trying to access my Amazon account, it won't accept my postal code which is for Ireland. I'm trying to access it through a web browser to use my Kindle. I've used my proper postal code and think I may not have used a postal code when setting up my account initially, but my home address. There doesn't seem to be a facility to enter my home address. Is there anything else I should know or check to resolve this issue?

My HP EliteBook 8460p's keyboard isn't working. I've tried holding the right shift key for 8 seconds and pressing Fn up, Fn down, and Fn scroll lock. I'm currently using an external keyboard and mouse, which work fine. What could be causing the issue with the built-in keyboard, and how can I resolve it?
