My wife's Dell XPS laptop was working fine until a 5-hour power outage. Now it doesn't turn on when I open the screen. I've been recharging it since the outage. Is there an ON button I need to restart it? I can't hear any sounds like a fan or chime when pressing the power button, and the battery indicator LED on the charging cord is lit. I wish to question a charge from Google that appears on my Amex credit card. The charge is for $26.74 and I do not recognize nor desire this. I do not use Google Pay and am unsure if I have an active subscription with Google Play. How can I cancel this charge and get a credit on my Amex account?
