My Instagram account was deactivated for not following community guidelines, which I believe is a mistake. However, when I try to use the official way to submit a request for a review, I get the message: 'Confirm Your Account to Request a Review. Go to Instagram and confirm it’s you before requesting a review.' Since my account is blocked, I cannot confirm my account. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Unable to access Britbox - doesn’t recognize password or email. Just changed credit card but gave new number to Apple already. Checked my phone & it indicates account still open.
